3. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

  • If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to the performance of our logistics partners. RK LAVOIE is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, strikes, or other "Force Majeure" events.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our policy on returns and refunds is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, items must be returned within 3 days in their original packaging.

  • Perishable or personalized goods may not be eligible for return.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.

  • To upload viruses or any other type of malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RK LAVOIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagaon, Assam.
