Refund policy
At RK LAVOIE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent so you can shop with confidence.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused).

All original tags and packaging are intact.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if 3 DAYS have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Credit: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).

Timing: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Exchange Options
If you need a different size or color of the same item, we are happy to process an exchange. Please contact us at rklavoie.ceo@gmail.com to check for stock availability. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great pride in our quality, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we want to make it right!

Please email us at rklavoie.customercare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer you a full refund or a free replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear or socks.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Personalized or custom-designed apparel.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Defective Items: We cover all shipping costs if the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).

Customer Preference: For standard returns or exchanges (e.g., "changed my mind" or "don't like the fit"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
